The diagnostic runs four weeks from data handover to the leadership working session. If you continue into advisory or rollout, we phase that in weeks, not months.

What data do you need from us?

12 to 24 months of transaction, pricing and promotion data. Standard exports from your POS, ERP or e-commerce backend are enough. We share a simple checklist before we start.

Will this integrate with our existing systems?

The diagnostic needs no integration. We work on data extracts, so there is nothing to install and no IT project. Later phases can connect to the tools you already use.

Does the analysis replace our team's judgment?

No. The analysis does the number-crunching and your team keeps the decisions. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning and the data behind it.
